Case History

A young and very athletic girl, this patient had worn braces to line up her teeth and to close up some spaces. Unfortunately, her undersized teeth (called "peg lateral incisors"), could not be brought any closer together.

Working with Dr. Notestine, the orthodontist left a little space on either side of these small teeth to leave room for cosmetic bonding. Tooth colored composite resin was built on the teeth to enlarge them and Dr. Notestine was able to complete what the orthodontist had started. As you can see, this procedure greatly enhanced the fresh and natural appeal of her smile
